ページに再追加されるとすぐに消えているWebパーツ

Question

私たちのSharePoint 2003サーバーは昨夜ダウンしました。IISがリセットされた後にオンラインに戻ってきますが、私たちのランディングページから様々なWebパーツがあります。これらのコンポーネントを再追加しようとすると、単一のページの更新が発生するとすぐに再度行方不明になります。

SharePoint Designer 2007でページを開こうとすると、次のエラーが発生します。

soap:Server Exception of type Microsoft.SharePoint.SoapServer.SoapServerException was thrown.  The file is not available. Either the file does not exist or it cannot be edited from its current location.
