動的配列を使用し、パネルを削除するときに要素を実際に削除する場合、配列戦略を使用できます。または、Assigned（Array [I]）の場合に要素が割り当てられているかどうかをいつでも確認できます。

ただし、配列ソリューションをTComponentListを使用するソリューションに置き換えた方がはるかに良いでしょう。TComponentListを使用すると、リストへのパネルの追加と削除が簡単になり、このような状況に合わせて設計されています。
