ヘッダー（CodeIgniter）の電子メール日付は7時間です

最初にCodeigniterを介してWebサイトからメールを受け取ると、Google Apps（Mailer） - ヘッダーの日付はリアルタイムに7時間遅れます。

サーバーの時間を確認しましたが、正しく設定されています。
