Drupal Ubercart - Shipping Quotation pane not showing

Question

I got this working before, but recently it stopped working. I have a shipping quotation pane on my cart page. I updated the jquery_update module and did a few other things. The shipping quotation will not show anymore. I'm wondering if its the jquery 1.3.2 or something else?

I also had a similar problem where the Billing Information and Calculate Shipping Costs fields just disappeared after installing a few modules.

I got it back by going to /admin/store/settings/checkout/edit/basic and then unchecking "Hide shipping information when possible for carts with no shippable items."

I presume Drupal no longer sees my product as shippable for some reason - no idea why though.
