표준 연락처 세부 정보가 페이지에 웹 파트가 있습니다. 웹 파트가 변경없이 웹 파트를 새로 고칩니다. 아직 다른 사용자는 괜찮습니다.

문제 사용자가 사이트 모음의 사용자 목록과 사용자 목록에 존재하지만 사용자를위한 이유를 손실시킵니다. 웹 파트가 웹 파트가 작동하지만 사용자 2는 웹 파트가 다음으로 돌아갑니다.그것의 원래 상태.

불행히도 로그에서 아무 것도 볼 수 없습니다.

This might be a long shot, but in SharePoint 2003 I remember some web parts needed the user to have visited the site collection / site / page before the information became available.

In other words, ask User 2 to visit the page.

I am using SharePoint online and following @heinrich-ulbricht suggestion, I added the user to Members group and it fixed the issue.

Once the issue is resolved, I removed the user from the members group and nothing reverted back :)

In my case, this problem came up after migration from SharePoint 2010 to 2013. The contact detail web part was not saving the user name - though resolving it correctly. Deleting the webpart and adding it again fixed it.
