언어 팩 서비스 팩 "을 이해하지 못합니다.단순화되고 중국어 번체 언어 팩이 설치된 SP2013 표준으로 내 환경이 실행 중입니다.

언어 팩의 SP를 다운로드하려고 할 때 : http://www.microsoft.com/zh-twwownload./details.aspx?id=42004

다른 언어 버전이 있습니다.그래서 모든 3 개의 언어 팩 (Engish, 2 Chinese) SP를 모두 다운로드하고 팜의 모든 서버 인스턴스에 설치해야합니까?

yes, you need to services pack for each installed language packs...as you said you have 3 different languages then you need to download all 3 and install them on all servers in the farm.
