category level RMA in magento 2

Question

How can we create this below in RMA

Categories Name       Exchange Days      Replacement Days         Return Days     Non Returnable
Clothing                  10                    0                       10             -
Electronics               0                     7                        0             -
Footwear                  9                     0                        9             -
Medical Items             0                     0                        0            yes

According to above setting by admin, Customer will be only able to see in product page in front end and also customer can only request for RMA Resolution as per above setting by admin.
