ksoap2 e Android sempre retornam exceção de ponteiro nulo

Question

Estou tentando consumir um webservice SOAP sem sucesso (não consigo saber qual arquitetura está por trás desse WS, pois é um serviço externo).

Meu código é:

Ok, isso foi causado por um construtor de envelope errado.
