O código a seguir resulta em C3867 (... Função Chamada de Lista de argumentos ausentes ...) e C3350 (... um construtor de delegados espera 2 argumentos (s) ...). O que estou fazendo errado?

Em C ++/CLI, você deve passar a instância real do tipo que contém a função:
array<int> ^even = Array::FindAll(
numbers, gcnew Predicate<int>(this, &Test::IsEven));
