Por que o MicrosoftAJAX.js carregam sobre SSL no Google Chrome em alguns PCs?

Estou usando o CDN da Microsoft para derrubar as bibliotecas Ajax.E eu estou usando o SSL em algumas páginas.

Esta URL resolve bem no Firefox e ou seja:

https://ajax.microsoft.com/ajax/4.0/microsoftajax.js

No entanto no Google Chrome (no meu PC, hoje ...) Parece tempo com uma resposta muito estranha:

Em outros PCs, parece funcionar bem, no entanto, eu sei que eu não sou o único experimentando o problema como tivemos reclamações ocasionais de alguns de nossos clientes sobre certas páginas expirando e falhando, que parece apontar parao mesmo problema.

As per my comment, I experienced the same issue but with Firefox failing and Chrome and IE succeeding.

Restarting the browser and the computer had no affect. Clearing the browser cache did fix the issue. I can only assume there was some kind of corruption in the browser cache.
