Parece que tenho uma interface de usuário lenta ao tentar rolar qualquer TextBlocks grande...
Qual é a melhor maneira de fazer isso no WP 8.1?

Aqui está um exemplo que fiz para ilustrar o problema: observe que quando o aplicativo é executado, a taxa de quadros cai horrivelmente.
Eu já olhei para cima BackgroundWorker e parece não existir no WP 8.1.

Há um problema conhecido com grandes quantidades de texto em um único TextBox.Em vez disso, tente usar o RichTextBox e veja se seu desempenho melhora.Desculpe, você teve um problema.
