Espaço livre no menu superior, como foi removido?[duplicado]

No menu superior "Minhas citações ..." em todos os lados é exibido espaço livre como é limpo e preenche completamente todo o topo?

Margin: 0 não funciona.Percebi que às vezes o espaço não mostra o que pode ser?
