Portfiles deve ser organizados da seguinte forma:

$LOCAL_PORT_DIR/{category}/{portname}/

Todos os arquivos, incluindo Portfile, vá sob o diretório.

No seu caso, o seu dir porta local é /Users/Masi/bin/MacPorts/ports, e seu porto, git-svn, está no git categoria, assim que sua estrutura de diretório deve ficar assim:

/Users/Masi/bin/MacPorts/ports/git/git-svn/Portfile

(No caso especial de git-svn, porém, você sempre pode instalar o git-core porta com o +svn variante, assim:. $ sudo port install git-core +svn)

(Além disso, como outro lado nota, portas GIT-relacionadas estão tipicamente organizados sob a categoria "mento", não "git".)

Eu não tenho certeza, mas eu acho que você precisa mudar sua estrutura de diretório para este formato: portcategory/portname/Portfile. No seu caso, que seria /Users/Masi/bin/MacPorts/ports/git/git-svn/Portfile

Em seguida, tente executar PortIndex a partir da raiz de vocês repo local (/Users/Masi/bin/MacPorts/ports)
