Existe uma biblioteca de código aberto que me ajuda a ler / análise de documentos PDF em .Net / C #?
Solução
iTextSharp é a melhor aposta. Usou-o para fazer uma aranha para lucene.Net para que ele pudesse rastejar PDF.

Uma vez que esta questão foi último respondeu em 2008, iTextSharp melhorou sua api dramaticamente. Se você baixar a versão mais recente de seu api de http://sourceforge.net/projects/itextsharp/ , você pode usar o seguinte trecho de código para extrair todo o texto de um PDF em uma string.

iText é a melhor biblioteca eu sei. Originalmente escrito em Java, existe uma porta NET também.
