Problema: php strip_tags e parâmetro de formulário de matriz multidimensional

Estou tendo problemas para tirar as tags das entradas textuais recuperadas da minha forma para fazer algo com elas em checkout.php. A entrada é armazenada em um multi-dimensional array.

Aqui está minha forma:

Você precisa de um & para permitir a edição do objeto.
