Validando com DTD - conexão fechada à força

Question

Estou validando um documento com o DTD no documento que não está na minha máquina, ele é armazenado na Internet.

Atualmente estou recebendo a seguinte exceção

Eu sei que o arquivo é acessível, pois posso navegar nele. Mas por que não pode acessá -lo?! Desde já, obrigado.

Eu tive a seguinte exceção quando eu navego o [http://xml.cxml.org/schemas/cxml/1.2.020/cxml.dtd ] arquivo dtd.

XML Erro de análise: Sintaxe Localização do erro: http://xml.cxml.org/schemas/cxml/1.2.020/cxml.dtdLinha número 15, coluna 1:

Basta baixar o arquivo DTD e tentar acessar o DTD localmente. Você pode restringir seu problema.
