Layout da tabela Android One para ambos (paisagem e visão de retrato)

Quero criar o seguinte layout que deve ser 100% em forma de paisagem como exibindo em forma de retrato.

Eu acho que é isso que você está procurando, lembre -se de jogar com o valor "Android: layout_weight", basicamente dirá aos widgets quanto eles devem expandir (use o espaço livre disponível).
