ficando nula em request.getParameter () em submeter de forma no código java?

     IN JAVA CODE IN JSP as below i m getting null value for field"noOfRecords".
      if (request.getMethod().equalsIgnoreCase("POST")) {
    try
    {
        noOfRecords=Integer.parseInt(request.getParameter("noOfRecords").trim());
    }
    catch(NumberFormatException e)
    {
        throw new Exception("No of records Field should be numeric.");

    }
    catch(NullPointerException e)
    {
        throw new Exception("No of records should be specified.");

    }

HTML CODE é como abaixo.

Solução

Uma vez que você postar usando a codificação multipart ( 'multipart / form-data') os parâmetros não estão presentes como você espera.

Se por exemplo você estiver usando commons-fileupload os parâmetros estejam presentes como e são identificáveis usando o método do 'isFormField' no objeto FileItem.
