Я пытался настроить Trac для развертывания с Apache на некоторое время, и я сталкиваюсь с стеной.

Я могу заставить его работать через TRACD, но у меня, вероятно, будет несколько проектов, и я мог бы использовать TSL для соединений с TRAC.

Это на окнах? Как отмечено в этот вопрос, Запуск Python с FastCGI в Windows обязательно не удастся.

Я рекомендую переключиться на mod_wsgi который в любом случае является рекомендуемым подходом.
