Magento 2 Mobile optimization

Question

I'm getting a good score on desktop but on the mobile very low score. For example I'm getting Preload key requests 3.18 s in mobile but for desktop just 0.65 ms. Also, server response time in mobile is 9.8s and in desktop 1s. Why this deviation? Any tips would be helpful.
