إضافة مستخدم إلى قائمة برمجي

لديّ قائمة يتم ملؤها من برنامج يأخذ إدخال المستخدم ، أواجه مشكلة عندما يتعلق الأمر بإضافة شخص أو مجموعة إلى أحد الأعمدة في القائمة. لا أحد يعرف كيفية القيام بذلك؟
