Aggiunta di un utente a un elenco a livello di programmazione

Ho un elenco che viene popolato da un programma che prende input dell'utente, sto avendo un problema quando si tratta di aggiungere una persona o un gruppo a una delle colonne nell'elenco. qualcuno sa come si fa questo?
