我有两个SharePoint基础环境（测试和生产）在配置中接近相同。当我在两个环境中查看传入的电子邮件设置时，它们是相同的（IIS6 Manager SMTP设置）。在第一个环境中，我可以在Central Admin中设置传入的电子邮件设置以使用自动设置和库在删除文件夹中拾取附件。第二个环境，使用相同的自动设置选项设置时，将不会。如果我更改为高级并放置默认的丢弃文件夹位置（例如c：\ inetpub \ drop），它可以正常工作。如果我恢复自动，它会停止工作。

The incoming email handler for SharePoint has never really been all that great. This is not an uncommon issue and Microsoft doesn't really have any documentation why.

The setup requires the IIS 6 SMTP Management stuff to be installed (I would check that first).
