着信電子メールドロップフォルダ設定

私は構成において同一の2つのSharePoint Foundation環境（テストとプロダクション）を持っています。両方の環境で着信電子メール設定を見ると、同じ（IIS6マネージャSMTP設定）が同じです。最初の環境では、自動設定を使用するためにCentral Adminで着信電子メール設定を設定でき、ライブラリはドロップフォルダの既知の添付ファイルをピックアップすることができます。2番目の環境は、同じ自動設定オプションで設定すると、そうではありません。詳細に変更してデフォルトのドロップフォルダの場所（C：\ InetPub \ Drop）を入力するとうまく機能します。自動に戻ると、作業が停止します。

自動設定で環境が機能しないが高度なものになるのは何らかの理由がありますか？

The incoming email handler for SharePoint has never really been all that great. This is not an uncommon issue and Microsoft doesn't really have any documentation why.

The setup requires the IIS 6 SMTP Management stuff to be installed (I would check that first).
