Nota: descarga he tratado XML::Xercesand tratando de instalarlo de nuevo, tanto de forma manual, así como el uso de CPAN, pero estoy recibiendo por encima de mensaje de error mencionado.
¿Cuál puede ser la razón posible y lo que puede ser sugerido a su vez en torno a hacerse cargo de este problema?
Actualizar . Incluso después de la construcción de Xerces-C, módulo XML :: Xerces no está construyendo y estoy recibiendo mensaje de error

Aquí hay una regla general:. Cualquier variable de entorno que se llama algo así como "ROOT" está pidiendo un directorio, no un archivo
Sin embargo, no parece que haya instalado la biblioteca Xerces, que es necesaria antes de instalar el módulo Perl. Voy a citar algunas porciones de la salida que ya ha proporcionado, ya que la pista se ha perdido en cuanto a qué hacer a continuación:
