Problème lors de la compilation de Python 2.6.4 sur AIX 5.3

Question

J'essaie de générer Python 2.6.4 sous AIX 5.3. J'exécute configure comme ceci:

./configure --prefix=/home/chenf/python --disable-ipv6 --disable-shared --with-libs='/usr/lib/libncurses.a' --without-threads --disable-threads --with-ncurses=/utv/sad/ncurses/lib/libncurses.a

Il semble que je rencontre des problèmes de liaison avec ncurses (voir ci-dessous). C'est pourquoi j'ai essayé de plusieurs manières de faire remarquer où trouver libncurses.a. /usr/lib/libncurses.a est un lien symbolique vers /utv/sad/ncurses/lib/libncurses.a, qui existe et n'a pas de problème de permission. Il existe également un lien vers ce fichier dans / usr / local / lib.

Cependant, les malédictions, qui constituent le problème suivant, SONT un problème. J'ai besoin de ça. Si j'interprète correctement les choses, il ne trouve pas libncurses.a. Au minimum, tous les "Symboles non définis" répertoriés ressembler à ncurses fonctions pour moi. Mais peut-être que je me trompe, peut-être trouve-t-il le fichier libncurses.a, mais ne trouve pas les symboles qu'il contient? Je ne sais pas.

Il semble que bzip2 ne soit pas capable de se retrouver lui-même. Parfois, vous rencontrez des erreurs de construction bizarres en Python lorsque vous vous éloignez trop de GCC. Ma première recommandation serait de compiler avec GCC, GNU binutils et GNU make et de voir si le problème persiste.

De plus, lorsque vous parlez à configure , le nom de la bibliothèque sera déterminé à partir de votre option configure. Par conséquent, ceci:

--with-ncurses=/utv/sad/ncurses/lib/libncurses.a

Devrait être:

--with-ncurses=/utv/sad/ncurses/lib

Mais cela implique également que les en-têtes se trouvent là. Peuvent-ils?

Il se peut également que le compilateur de votre plate-forme ait la possibilité d'ajouter un répertoire pour les bibliothèques. C'est tellement vieux problème (2009 ??) .. mais je rencontre le même problème aujourd'hui !! Pour les autres utilisateurs AIX comme moi, je vais laisser mon cas

OK, vérifiez d'abord votre variable d'environnement OBJECT_MODE.

Dans mon cas, OBJECT_MODE avait 64 ans, mais le fichier d’archive libcurses.a contient seuls les fichiers objet 32 ??bits !!

Après avoir remplacé la variable d'environnement OBJECT_MODE par 32, tout a fonctionné !!!

Grâce aux suggestions de Jed Smith, j'ai réussi à faire en sorte que cela fonctionne. Voici ce que j’ai accompli:

• Première étape: j'ai d'abord modifié "Makefile.pre.in". J'ai remplacé la ligne "CC = @ CC @" avec "CC = gcc". Autant que je sache, cela a forcé la compilation à utiliser gcc à la place de toute autre honte indescriptible que AIX a essayé d'utiliser.

• Étape 2: placez un lien souple pour ncurses.h sous / usr / include. Je n'ai pas pu configurer pour trouver ncurses.h sous / opt / utv / sad / include / ncurses /, alors j'ai triché; J'ai lancé la commande suivante en tant que root:

ln -s /utv/sad/ncurses/include/ncurses/ncurses.h /usr/include/ncurses.h

• Étape trois: J'ai compilé et installé GNU binutils et GNU make, en les configurant avec le préfixe "- prefix = / home / chenf". Ensuite, je mets d'abord / home / chenf / bin dans mon chemin, pour m'assurer que le processus de compilation utilisera tout ce qu'il aura trouvé là-bas au lieu des valeurs fournies par défaut par AIX.
• Étape quatre: j'ai exécuté la configuration comme suit:

./configure --prefix=/opt/freeware --disable-ipv6 --without-threads --with-ncurses=/opt/sad/ncurses

Ipv6 et les threads me donnaient des erreurs de compilation, et je n’en ai pas besoin, c’est pourquoi je les ai désactivées. Lib / libncurses.a se trouve dans le répertoire / opt / sad / ncurses. Cela semble avoir pris soin de la bibliothèque elle-même.

Après cela, tout ce que je devais faire était de "faire" et "make install". Fait.

J'ai eu quelques erreurs lors de la compilation, et à la fin, on m'a dit qu'il n'avait pas réussi à produire certains modules (comme math et datetime), mais que tout le reste était toujours OK. Pour le moment, je me débrouillerai sans eux.
