Problema al compilar Python 2.6.4 en AIX 5.3

Question

Estoy intentando compilar Python 2.6.4 en AIX 5.3. Estoy ejecutando configure así:

./configure --prefix=/home/chenf/python --disable-ipv6 --disable-shared --with-libs='/usr/lib/libncurses.a' --without-threads --disable-threads --with-ncurses=/utv/sad/ncurses/lib/libncurses.a

Parece que tengo problemas de vinculación con ncurses (ver más abajo), razón por la cual he intentado de varias maneras señalar para configurar dónde encontrar libncurses.a. /usr/lib/libncurses.a es un enlace simbólico a /utv/sad/ncurses/lib/libncurses.a, que existe y no tiene problemas de permisos. También hay un enlace a ese archivo en / usr / local / lib.

Parece que bzip2 tampoco puede encontrarse a sí mismo, a veces se ven errores de construcción de Python extraños cuando te alejas demasiado de GCC. Mi primera recomendación sería compilar con GCC, GNU binutils y GNU make, y ver si el problema persiste.

En mi caso, OBJECT_MODE era 64, pero el archivo de almacenamiento libcurses.a contiene ¡solo archivos de objetos de 32 bits!

Gracias a las sugerencias de Jed Smith, he logrado que esto funcione. Esto es lo que logré:

• Paso uno: Primero, edité " Makefile.pre.in " ;. Reemplacé la línea " CC = @ CC @ " con " CC = gcc " ;. Por lo que puedo decir, esto forzó a la compilación a usar gcc en lugar de cualquier otra cosa horrible que AIX intentó usar.
