Comment ajouter une plate-forme cible pour un Delphi Projet via l'API OpenTools

En Delphi (XE2 grâce à XE5), comment peut-on ajouter par programmation une plate-forme cible pour un projet?

Par "par programme", je veux dire à travers la OpenTools API, par opposition à une transformation de l' .fichier dproj.C'est à faire à l'intérieur d'un IDE Assistant/Expert.

J'ai regardé le ToolsAPI unité, et il semble que vous pouvez obtenir de l'actif de la plateforme, et la liste des plateformes prises en charge, mais il n'y a rien d'évident pour l'ajout d'une nouvelle plate-forme cible.
