in Delphi (XE2 a xe5), come si può aggiungere a livello di programmazione una piattaforma di destinazione a un progetto?

Per "programmaticamente", intendo attraverso l'API OpenTools, al contrario di una trasformazione del file .dproj.Questo deve essere fatto all'interno di un wizard IDE / esperto.
