Étant donné un SourceTable et un TargetTable, je voudrais créer par programme une chaîne avec toutes les jointures requises.

Bref, j'essaie de trouver un moyen de créer une chaîne comme celle-ci :

J'ai une requête qui renvoie toutes les clés étrangères d'une table donnée, mais je me heurte à des limites en essayant de parcourir tout cela de manière récursive pour trouver le chemin de jointure optimal et créer la chaîne.

J'ai eu un script qui fait une version rudimentaire de Traversal à clé étrangère.Je l'ai adapté rapidement (voir ci-dessous) et vous pourrez peut-être l'utiliser comme point de départ.

Compte tenu d'une table cible, le script tente d'imprimer la chaîne de jointure pour le chemin le plus court (ou l'un d'entre eux dans le cas des attaches) pour toutes les tables de source possibles telles que les touches étrangères à colonne unique puissent être traversées pour atteindre la cible.tableau.Le script semble bien fonctionner sur la base de données avec quelques milliers de tables et de nombreuses connexions FK que j'ai essayées.

Comme d'autres personnes mentionnent dans les commentaires, vous auriez besoin de rendre cela plus complexe si vous devez gérer les clés étrangères multi-colonnes.Aussi, soyez conscient de ce que cela ne signifie pas un code entièrement testé pour la production.J'espère que c'est un point de départ utile si vous décidez de créer cette fonctionnalité!

Autres conseils

Vous pouvez mettre la liste des clés d'une table avec deux champs tab_name, key_name pour toutes les tables que vous souhaitez connecter.

Exemple, pour le tableau City

  • Ville|Nom_ville
  • Ville|Nom_pays
  • Ville|Province_name
  • Ville|Code_Ville

de même Province et Country.

Collectez les données pour les tableaux et mettez-les dans un seul tableau (par ex.Tableau de métadonnées)

Rédigez maintenant la requête comme ci-dessous

Si vous pensez que le nom des clés ne correspond pas, vous pouvez inclure un autre champ de clé et essayer de l'utiliser dans la condition Where.
