Django: PYTHON_EGG_CACHE, erreur d'accès refusé

Je suis le déploiement de ma demande de django sur un serveur, et dernières étapes que je reçois cette erreur:

La chose est ici plus étrange que j'utilise un autre site django sur cet hôte sans une telle erreur :(

Eh bien, vous utilisez une bibliothèque setuptools-enabled étrange.

Mais de toute façon, est-il un problème pour vous de configurer PYTHON_EGG_CACHE variable d'environnement à un répertoire accessible en écriture pour l'utilisateur de l'application?
