ho un forte nome contenente assemblaggio classi del modello che possono essere condivisi tra più applicazioni (servizi WCF in IIS) ospitati sulla stessa macchina.
Invece di ogni servizio avere la propria copia di questa DLL nella cartella Bin, voglio aggiungere al GAC.
Sto usando un gacutil.exe per .NET4: Microsoft (R) .NET Global Assembly Cache Utility. Version 4.0.30319.1 Copyright (c) Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.
La DLL è registrato in GAC, ma finisce in C:\Windows\Assembly (GAC 2.0) -. Non a C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Assembly (GAC 4)
Quando ho registrare la DLL in GAC e rimuoverlo dalla cartella Bin, le mie applicazioni falliscono con:

Nota: Server 2008 R2 è a 64 bit, il montaggio è costruito per MSIL, NET 4.0.
Sto usando gacutil.exe che viene fornito con Windows SDK v7.1 ed è nella cartella NETFX 4.0 Tools.
Che cosa posso mancare? Non riesco a pensare di alternative così tutte le idee sono benvenute.

Soluzione
Come si può vedere dal manifesto, la DLL è una versione runtime 2.0, quindi, anche il gacutil di 4,0 posizionarlo nella GAC ??2.0.
Il manifesto è stato creato al momento della compilazione, quindi ci deve essere qualcosa di sbagliato con il progetto e / o impostazioni di compilazione.
Presumo si utilizza Visual Studio, in modo da controllare i progetti (non soluzioni) Impostazioni nella scheda Application.
