質問

同じマシンでホストされているいくつかのアプリケーション（IISのWCFサービス）間で共有できるモデルクラスを含む強力な名前のアセンブリがあります。

各サービスがこのdllのコピーを持っている代わりに Bin フォルダー、GACに追加したい。

DLLはGACに登録されていますが、 C:\Windows\Assembly （GAC 2.0） - ではありません C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Assembly （GAC 4）。

解決

マニフェストからわかるように、DLLはランタイム2.0バージョンであるため、4.0のGaCutilでさえ2.0 GACに配置されます。

マニフェストはコンパイル時に作成されるため、プロジェクトやコンピレーション設定に何か問題がある必要があります。

Visual Studioを使用していると仮定しているので、[アプリケーション]タブでプロジェクト（ソリューションではなく）設定をチェックしてください。
