Eu sou relativamente novo para Giraph e eu estou tentando chegar a minha Giraph editar-compilar-implantar o ciclo de trabalho para nosso código.Eu sou capaz de executar vários exemplos inspirados por http://blog.cloudera.com/blog/2014/02/how-to-write-and-run-giraph-jobs-on-hadoop/ , mas eu estou preso com uma ClassNotFoundException ao executar minha versão modificada do SimpleShortestPathsVertex Giraph exemplo.Eu tentei várias combinações de libjars e HADOOP_CLASSPATH, mas estou sem ideias, e eu realmente aprecio a sua ajuda.Detalhes a seguir.

Mas a minha versão modificada do SimpleShortestPathsVertex fica ClassNotFoundException

O frasco contendo a modificação de vértices (KdlSimpleShortestPathsVertex, nenhum pacote) é OK:

Meu melhor palpite ...

...depois de olhar ao redor é que talvez GiraphRunner não está processando a -libjars corretamente, como insinuou por http://grepalex.com/2013/02/25/hadoop-libjars/ ("Certifique-se de que o seu código está usando GenericOptionsParser").A navegação a Giraph de origem, não vejo a classe acessado.Eu tentei definição HADOOP_CLASSPATH para o meu frasco, mas isso não resolver o problema.

Qualquer ajuda seria incrível!

OK, depois de olhar para o hadoop scripts junto com o Hadoop e Giraph fonte, eu acho que eu descobri.A grande dica veio de Usando o libjars opção com o Hadoop junto com esta linha de saída:

AVISAR mapred.JobClient:Use GenericOptionsParser para analisar o argumentos.As aplicações devem implementar Ferramenta para o mesmo.

A causa parece ser a de que GiraphRunner usa seu próprio ConfigurationUtils.parseArgs() para obter o org.apache.o commons.cli.Linha de comando em vez de usar o recomendado org.apache.o hadoop.util.GenericOptionsParser.getCommandLine(), que homenageia a 'libjars' opção.Isto levou-me a cair de volta no Hadoop genérico do classpath-ferramentas de tratamento:CLASSPATH e/ou HADOOP_CLASSPATH.Aqui está o que funcionou:

O que dá o resultado esperado e os resultados.

De modo mais geral, seria útil se o Giraph equipe alterado o código para usar o (aparentemente) mais padrão analisador.

Eu não sei por que isso não está funcionando, mas não há uma rápida e suja forma de corrigir isso.Tente colocar seu código em giraph-examples/src/main/java/org/apache/giraph/examples/ diretório (onde SimpleShortestPath está localizado).E, em seguida, criar giraph-exemplos pote de execução mvn -DskipTests --projects giraph-examples --also-make package.Em seguida, basta executar o programa como você fez para SimpleShortestPath substituindo SimpleShortestPath pelo seu nome de arquivo.Espero que ajude.
