Python MySQL импорт данных

Question

Я использую следующий скрипт для извлечения данных из стороннего инструмента, создаю таблицу в базе данных MySQL и заполняю их полученными данными. Сценарий проходит, и я вижу печать из всех запрошенных данных в окне оболочки Python. Однако, когда я открываю базу данных, таблица создается с именами столбцов, но нет строк и нет данных. Я искал и прочитал, что мне не нужно использовать «conn.commit» для сценария, который просто получает данные. Это случай здесь? Если нет, не видит ли кто -нибудь еще одну причину, почему данные не заполняют таблицу?
