كيفية تغيير موقع أيقونة العتاد واسم العرض في الأعلى

هل هناك طريقة لتحريك هذين العنصرين كما هو موضح في لقطة الشاشة التالية للانتقال إلى موقع آخر؟
أريد أن يتم عرضها أدناه في مكان آخر حتى أتمكن من إخفاء هذا الشريط العلوي هذا ولكن لا يمكن أن يبدو أنه يعمل.
لقد حاولت استخدام "موقف": المطلق؛ أعلى: 100PX؛ "ولكن على الرغم من أنه يتحرك العنصر ولكن النقر فوقه لا يفتح القائمة مثل ذلك.

I have done it by copying both divs that display "user name" and "gear and help icon" using Firebug.
Then I pasted those divs at desired location and modified them slightly and it is now working.
After that I set the original divs to "display = none".

Yes you can move the two items you identified (welcome menu and site actions) easily by changing the masterpage. If you look in the masterpage there is a div titled "SuiteBarRight" which contains both items.
