Come cambiare la posizione dell'icona della marcia e visualizza il nome in alto

C'è un modo per spostare questi due elementi come mostrato nella seguente screenshot per spostarsi in qualche altra posizione?
Voglio che vengano visualizzati sotto in qualche altro posto in modo che io possa nascondere completamente questo bar in alto ma non riesco a farlo funzionare.
Ho provato a usare "Posizione: Absolute, Top: 100px;"Ma sebbene muovi l'oggetto ma cliccando su di esso non apri il menu come dovrebbe.

I have done it by copying both divs that display "user name" and "gear and help icon" using Firebug.
Then I pasted those divs at desired location and modified them slightly and it is now working.
After that I set the original divs to "display = none".

Yes you can move the two items you identified (welcome menu and site actions) easily by changing the masterpage. If you look in the masterpage there is a div titled "SuiteBarRight" which contains both items.
