Cómo reemplazar las imágenes rotas en la página web con una imagen de error con Mootools1.2

Me estoy ejecutando en PHP, MySQL y usando Mootools1.2 como mi marco JS.

Quiero que todas las imágenes rotas se reemplacen con una sola imagen de error.

Cómo debería hacer esto.
