Como substituir imagens quebradas na página da web por alguma imagem de erro com Mootools1.2

Estou executando no PHP, MySQL e usando o MooTools1.2 como minha estrutura JS.

Eu quero que todas as imagens quebradas sejam substituídas por uma única imagem de erro.

Como devo fazer isso.
