Come sostituire le immagini rotte nella pagina web con qualche immagine di errore con mootools1.2

Question

Sto correndo su PHP, MySQL e uso Mootools1.2 come il mio framework JS.

Voglio che tutte le immagini rotte debbano sostituire con una singola immagine di errore.

Come dovrei farlo.
