L'esecuzione parallela del treno a Caret non riesce con la funzione non trovata

ieri ho aggiornato i miei pacchetti r e da allora l'esecuzione parallela della funzione del treno fallisce.

Sembra che alcune funzioni che siano chiamate all'interno dei lavoratori non siano disponibili.Queste funzioni sono almeno apptattibili e prodfunzionamenti.

Viopiamo questi problemi sulla mia macchina di produzione ed è stato in grado di riprodurlo su un Windows pulito 7 x64 VM.

Ho aggiunto un esempio di lavoro minimo di seguito.Cari utenti di StackOverflow: qualsiasi aiuto è apprezzato!

L'errore che stai ricevendo è causato da un bug in Caret 6.0-21 quando si utilizza DopaRallel, DosNow e DOMPI.È stato fissato nella versione 6.0-22 in R-Forge, ma non è stato ancora rilasciato a Cran.Se non vuoi aspettare che la nuova versione venga rilasciata, puoi:

1. Downgrade a CARET 5.X
2. Installa caret 6.0-22 da r-forge
3. Installa e utilizza DosNow 1.0.10 da R-Forge piuttosto che DopaRallel

Il problema è stato causato da una modifica della politica di cran che proibisce l'uso dell'operatore :::, anche quando si fa riferimento alle funzioni non esportate dall'ambito dello stesso pacchetto.

Aggiornamento

Caret 6.0-22 è stato rilasciato a Cran il 2014-01-18.Questo dovrebbe risolvere il problema riportato utilizzando Caret con DosNow e backend parallelo simili.
